Chocolate Sprinkles Cookies
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips and little sprinkles,100's & 1000's decoration
1.Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2.Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and set it aside.
3.Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract in the mixture and beat again.
4.When mixture is well mixed, add in the dry ingredients that was set aside and beat again.
5.Add the chocolate chips and mix until it is well incorporated using a spatula.
6.Evenly space 12 cookies per a nonstick baking sheet. Each cookie is about 3 tablespoon. Slightly flatten the dough a little. Repeat this step for 2 more nonstick baking sheets.
7.Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
7.Cool for 30 minutes and decorating the sprinkles,100's & 1000's
