Butter 75 g
Flour 130 g
Sugar Powder 30 g
Egg Yolk 2 pcs
Colored Sugar little
1.soften the butter and add the sugar powder to whisk until the butter to be light color.
2.Add into the egg yolk one by one to keep whisking
3.Sift into the flour and mix to be dough
4.wrap the whole case in plastic film and refrigerate for about 1 hour
5.Take the mixed dough and flat into 0.3cm slices and cut out the shape
6.Put the shapes on the baking tray with baking paper,brush the surface of a thin layer of milk,sprinkle the colored sugar evenly on the surface and press it lightly
7.Put the baking tray in the middle of oven,bake it about 12-15 mins in 160 degree.
